My usual meds were not available again and the pharmacist went beyond my expectations discussing my history, what was available and calling me back again to discuss. I now have meds I am happy with and if the issue with getting hold of them again he is happy to discuss further. Many thanks the the pharmacist, I am impressed. |

This practice is great for emergency appointments, they also offer phone consultations with a couple of hours. But it's incredible difficult to get a routine appointment in several weeks time. Appointments are not released that far ahead so I was told to phone on the day. This doesn't work for me as I need to schedule in time off work so can only do on the day for real emergencies. I have also been told it's impossible to book with my named GP which isn't great for continuity of care. |
