There used to be some excellent doctors here but sadly they are leaving and being replaced by other doctors who are clueless. They claim they have contacted you but haven't, can't wait to pass you on to someone else to deal with and then after waiting weeks for an appt say that you urgently need tests. Considering finding a new dr.

Very disorganised practice compared to the other two. Wasted 50 minutes in there as arrived early for my appointment to then have to wait 10 minutes in the check-in queue whilst they dealt with one query each. Queries which had already been there before I arrived. Two receptionists dealing with queries instead of one is unhelpful for people who have difficulty standing. Would be great if they either get more staff on reception or ensure that they have dedicated staff for booking in; as that check-in machine rarely works. No information about appointments running late until you query why you’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes to see the doctor. Then you’re lied to and told that you were informed of this when you checked in. My memory isn’t that bad. If I’d been told that appointments were running late, I’d have asked how late and re-arranged it accordingly at that point. I was not aware that booking a doctor’s appointment meant I should not make any plans for the day. I stress that this is not a complaint about the doctors or nurses. It is a complaint about reception and it’s very poor service. A lesson in manners would be a great start.
