Perfect treatment of doctors, all people are very kind and respectful but unfortunately, the treatment of reception is sometimes no kind at all. Last time I make effort to speak correctly but it seems like reception was angry because my English skills weren't enough. At least this is what I felt. Eventually seems like it was a mistake of the date of birth setting for my son, which is odd cause he has been visited other times without any date of birth error.
