My fiancée who suffers from really severe and extreme chronic pain conditions, one of them being Arthritis (she’s only 25 years old) was told by Dr J M that she “cannot” be on the pain meds that she’s on due to her age! I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life. Every time my fiancée listed a medication that she’s on currently, and has been prescribed for many years, Dr J R was extremely rude, very judgemental and definitely made her never want to see or speak to him again. The way he treated her was vulgar. NO doctor has the right to tell you what level of pain you’re in or what medications help that pain and allow her to continue on working. I’ll be making a formal complaint about this unfortunate person to the Medical Practitioner first thing in the morning. STAY CLEAR of Dr Jeremy M. Arrogant, judgemental and has no clue about pain. |

Reading some of the reviews I feel like others must be going to a different surgery!I have been registered with this practice for nearly 20 years. I have always found it easy to get an appointment or speak with a doctor. Since the merge of practices I have found this even easier. I have also only found the reception staff to be very helpful. |

Disappointed at reading some of the negative reviews as this was not my experience. Due to things out of my control I was 15 minutes late, the receptionist could not have been more helpful and the Doctor saw me as soon as she was able to squeeze me in. All staff and the GP were utterly courteous and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at this surgery in the years I have been a patient. In the interest of balanced feedback I feel that needed to be said |
