Spent all morning listening to the engaged tone on the ONLY advertised telephone number that this practise seems to own why, it's rather like the reception desk lots of people waiting but only one receptionist working, time to improve Claremont.

Reception is Not picking up the phone, no email to contact. To get phone consultation I need to take day off to visit the surgery. Completely wrong!! The phone consultation time will be random, that means I have to take another day off. Terrible service.
