All staff are extremely polite and efficient. The doctors are professional, understanding, dedicated and experienced. I always get the right treatment and leave with peace of mind. Would recommend this surgery to anyone. | |||||||

I had a terrible experience with the doctor today. She was very rude and didn't provide any care! You would expect that a doctor will listen to you first. She wasn't ready to listen to anything I had to say and not ready to answer my questions politely. Just rushed through some questions she had for me and said "you can go now". This could have been done the friendly front desk lady itself. What's the point of meeting the doctor if she just wants to fill in some basic information on the computer? On the other hand, another doctor was kind and helpful. I don't want to see ths particular doctor again and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. | |||||||

G P Surgery should be like the AA, always ready to rock-up when you break-down. On the 30th October 2018, I did just that! I broke down with a heart attack, the result being Triple bypass surgery at the Royal Brompton London via Wexham Park Hospital Berks,
The staff at Ross Road Medical Centre from the moment of contact until Ambulance arrived were top- draw and have been since my release from the Royal Brompton, November 2018.
