Appalling service as I can never get to speak to a GP. They say to call at 8 am but have to wait for eveytime for 40 minutes to be told there is no appointment including any urgent appointments. If you try to call them during the day then good luck as I have been on call for an hour but still no one answered. They even refused a referral which we were told by A&E at Royal Berkshire that if the symptoms get worse after the head injury the GP will be able to do that. Do not register and we are looking at new surgeries.
