If you can actually get through after the trial of the call queuing set up, then your next challenge will be 'ordeal by receptionist ' You may not question anything, they are servants of God himself, should you have the temerity to ask, one in particular yes Ann, you, will rear up like a startled thoroughbred and hide behind being somehow offended. As for the gp's they never listen, don't do face to face, will casually mis diagnose and send you on your way with yet more pain killers. Appalling place, I wonder if they need oxygen up there, on the high pedestal they feel they deserve. They have literally ridiculed a very serious medical condition telling me 'it was nothing' I beg to differ, it nearly cost me my life! One stood in the way of me obtaining outside help even, I have left this 'mal practice' since. AVOID. |

I was asked to submit a bp reading which I did. I was asked to attend to have my bp taken by a HCA, which I did. Because of symptoms I was experiencing she also did an ecg. I have now rung the practice on three occasions during the past week and cannot get anyone to tell me the results of the ecg or whether my bp meds need to be increased. I have accessed my records on line, which state no results available. I am not impressed with this service although the HCA was very efficient. Do I assume that no action is needed because of the lack of follow up, or have I just slipped through the net. Picture not clear but it says no results found. |
