I put a repeat in 10 days ago now was printed out on the 1st of March been in 3 times to collect it to be told I can't have it as its not been signed yet. Come back later. Still not signed come back next day still not signed. Been a week now without medication I need every day. | |||||||

The reception staff are always polite, friendly & helpful. The GPs & Nurses are welcoming & professional. They take the trouble to listen & then explain their reasons for prescribing their chosen treatment/drug. The only down-side is when trying to make an appointment as the switchboard doesn't open until 8.30am so a call to the West Street practice at 8am is required. As you can imagine, this line is incredibly busy & it isn't always possible to get through. However, this will no doubt improve when the new surgery is built! | |||||||
