I had to see a GP urgently and an appointment was booked for me on the same day.
I met with a Dr, whose care and compassion was nothing short of amazing, the Dr was thorough, attentive and listened to all of my concerns.

I have been which this surgery for over a year now and my prescription has not been on time. The last three months were ok but now I have been forgotten, they are blaming it onto the Chemist and Electronic service, I had already changed my Chemist 6 months ago, now I will change my Surgery and see what occurs, who do I believe, very unhappy. | |||||||

I have an ongoing condition for which I have been receiving treatment . My condition is worsening and I have tried to make an appointment but to no avail. It seems that the main job of the receptionists during this difficult time is to prevent patients from being able to see a general practitioner face to face.. My best point of call will be A & E. INSTEAD OF MAKING LIFE EASIER FOR FRONTLINE MEDIAL STAFF THIS SURGERY IS ACTUALLY MAKING LIFE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT. | |||||||
