Failing Practice. Poorly trained Reception and HCA staff who act in a completely unprofessional manner. Many staff come across as arrogant and uncaring. Impossible to get an appointment as reception are completely unhelpful. Avoid. | |||||||

I had an excellent experience at Ventnor Medical Centre last week. I telephoned for an appointment and was given one in less than an hour from my phone call. The centre has recruited a clinical practitioner who was available. I had a pleasant and informative consultation, which resulted in some general advice re my illness and a prescription. I feel that this was outstanding service from the NHS.
Well done Ventnor Medical Centre.. and thank you to the clinical practitioner.
