Don't care about patients, they are answering you ,when they are,and then Don't even know what to do. I was calling them one morning continuously watching the ladies from outside the window, they didn't bother to answer ,they were talking but didn't answer the phone. That's a lie that they have to many patients and cannot afford to talk with all, they don't want to, because here patients life don't matter. | |||||||

Try to contact the surgery forthe last two weeks, waiting for the time on the phone, listening that you are 9 in the queue and when is you turn the call is off that is not acceptable. | |||||||

The team always respond to my request for medication within the 3 day timescale which is marvellous given the volume and challenges they are faced with. Nobody likes waiting on phones or queuing but the NHS is about individual human beings providing the best service within a number of constraints that a typical patient wouldn’t understand. Nobody wants to do a bad job…… we should cut some slack and be grateful that we have a service at all. | |||||||
