I have needed to use many of the services provided by the surgery in the last 6months. From the reception staff, the practice nurses and the Doctors, I have been treated with kindness, understanding, and care relative to my needs and informed at all times of results and next step. Totally professional approach to care. |

A 7am appointment. Door unlocked at 7.02 ie late before we start. GP arrived 7.17. I went in 7.20. Mumbled "apology"; no explanation so there probably wasn't one. Computer not on, so no notes which would have helped determine what might be necessary. That is risky and poor practice. Rushed and didn't listen to the history of my issue, simply suggested a standard remedy (which hasn't worked) which was probably not appropriate given how it was sustained. Clearly trying to make up lost time. General GP attitude one of extreme arrogance throughout.
Rang for new appointment after giving the treatment fair time to work. 4 WEEK waiting!!! Reception suggested I try the 8.am phone in, thereby adding to that circus. This is not a life threatening issue, just painful. Using the 8.00 am phone in to jump the queue negates its purpose but you can see why people do that
This practice needs some very serious management improvement now in patient interface, operational systems and no doubt elsewhere too
If I were paying for this service (I know I am) I would go elsewhere. This is a terrible example of the NHS at its worse |

The staff of the surgery are polite, knowledgeable, competent and always helpful. I would recommend New Court Surgery to everyone as I never had a reason to be frustrated with them.
