I loved being a patient at this surgery. The Receptionists were always polite and friendly and the Medical team genuinely cared about their patients and were able to spend the time you needed. The Diabetic Nurse was absolutely fantastic

Such a busy practice being shared between Wanborough and Ramsbury yet one would never feel rushed. The reception staff are welcoming, thorough, attentive and helpful. On the phone they quickly assess needs and give the first appointment available and if a "that day" appointment is needed they will endeavour to oblige. Having the other practice at Ramsbury does offer an alternative venue if the preferred doctor is not in Wanborough. Having the pharmacy on hand is great and the communication between the pharmacists at Ramsbury and Wanborough is impressive. Since moving to this surgery we have been impressed with all aspects. The doctors have been very professional, helpful and supportive; the nursing staff have been easily accessible, efficient and, appropriately informative; the reception staff have been welcoming, helpful and obliging and the pharmacy staff have remarkably picked up consultation prescriptions and dispatch them asap. Both surgeries are immaculately clean and well maintained. We are very happy with our move to the Wanborough/Ramsbury surgery. The only downside is the parking at Wanborough but having said that we can live with it! Thank you to all clinical, admin and cleaning staff for a great NHS facility.

All staff - receptionists, nurses, pharmacists and doctors are brilliant. They provide an excellent service and are the best practice that we have been attached to. They are a super team simply the best!!
