Rude arrogant receptionist, really didn't care how she spoke to me with distain, I am a mature person of 60 and was raised to respect my elders. This receptionist in my opinion was not raised to be respectful, but was dragged up to be a vile individual. The Doctors surgery a professional environment and should reflect this from the cleaners to the head personal, unfortunately the rude receptionists let this Doctors Surgery down greatly. I will be transferring to another surgery as soon as feasible possible. Rating out of 5 is a minus minus minus zero.

Rang for appt at 8am, finally answered phone at 8.45 to tell me no appts. So I ask what I’m supposed to do then, told to write to practise manager like she’d do anything. Next go to urgent care which is disgusting that they are pointing people to urgent care when all I need is a bloody appt!!! So I ask for appt in future, haven’t got any of those either ( what a load of bull) they just can’t be bothered to open another calendar and book appts for future. It’s not rocket science!!! They have a duty of care and they are failing big time.

1 month wait for a face to face with a doctor! What on earth is the point of them being open, shocking service they provide, the pharmacy next door were far more helpful but I would still like to see a doctor. Still putting it down to the Pandemic! Comical surgery.
