I have been with Lansdowne for many years now and Iv been nagging at them about my back pain and other symptoms for so long all they have done is done blood tests for me and put me on medication that hasn’t even done anything, I was referred to see a specialist about my back then I phoned them to book an appointment apparently I had call back my doctors to find out what was going on , not happy with the service and the right treatment that I’m getting I’m thinking about going else where as all I seem to do is chance them and nothing gets done

Having phoned the surgery knowing I had a insert bite infection and needed antibiotics, I was told No appointments and had to go to minor injuries unit, so instead of a 5 minutes appointment at local surgery, had a 20 miles round trip to be told I had infection from insect bites and given antibiotics. I must also say they didn't even ask name or even know I hadn't asked for any appointment in at least two years!
