Just wondering how it's possible to get a doctor's appointment at this establishment? Does anyone know please? Phoning doesn't work as all available appointments are taken within 10 seconds of their opening. Anyone know?

Wanted to know the time of doctors appointment at my relations house , as she is 90 we needed to be there as we are looking out for her, we live a bit away from her, all we wanted to know was what time we had to be there, maybe tomorrow someone will turn up and will not be able to get in the house.as we still dont know, and the receptionist was quite abrupt. 18/1/23

Trying to get an appointment only to be told to call between the hours of 8:30 for same day and 12:30 for on call doctor. Just happens to be a coincidence at those mentioned times the phone system is intentionally switched off. Funny how one can get through after 2pm onwards without any issues. Staff lie to your face when mentioning this fact and say they are answering calls at this time, yet I have seen them twiddle on mobile phones.
