The service has gone from bad to worse. It is now virtually impossible to get an appointment if required. Currently, you have to phone at 9 in the morning for an appointment which are released. If you are late they are all gone.

Cannot make an appointment with a doctor unless you ring. When you do ring no one answer s. When you visit they will not book an appointment . So given up !!!

Was ok for a while, now you just get booked into appointments at Ladies Walk practice. Shame considering the Midanbury surgery is a 5min walk from my house and the Ladies Wak Practice is a 15min drive. Being honest, i also don't particularly like my doctor (i won;t mention any names). Short, sometimes rude, clearl uninterested in concerns, rolls her eyes every time you speak. Seems to want you out the door as quickly as possible, not really waht you expect from a professional who should be offering a particualr type of interaction. Last got to visit this surgery 3 years ago...
