Use to be such a good surgery where people cared I have been shut indoors and cared for myself for months use to be such a caring place ??

I just spent time sitting in the phone queue and when the receptionist eventually answered she said she couldn't do anything as the triage system closes at 12.00. I fail to understand why I was in the queue to start with if nothing could be done. Earlier this week I tried to phone to change a telephone consultation as I had a funeral to attend to. I phoned 4 times. Twice it said busy and to try later. Once I was number 9 in the queue and gave up after half an hour. Later I was number 22 in the queue and gave up immediately. I drove to the surgery and was told nothing could be done as all later slots were taken. The Doctor did phone and left a message to say she would try again later. Unfortunately she never did. I am at my wits end with this. Very very stressful.

Been waiting for the practice to send my medical documents to my new GP but it has been 7 months and it still has not happened. Absolutley ridiculous!
