I arrived with a bad cut to my finger and can only praise the service I had from the receptionist nurses and doctor. First class and a very big thanks to all involved. This was the NHS at its very best. | |||||||

have tried many times to get an appointment and cannot as i work can only be on the phone til 8.30. my husband has been unwell for a couple of weeks and he cannot get an appointment either. apparently i heard you have to go into the surgery at 800 to book an appointment which i cannot do due to work | |||||||

It is impossible to get appointment even if you phone first thing in the morning. I have tread many times. Even if you go to the surgery something. Also, via their web site they will get you to sign up to a service which is called Patient Access which is no help whatso ever. It just a site for commercial payment heath care which obviously they get a kick back from. I am now hearing that staff friends connected to surgery will always get appointments. This surgery needs to be investigated by the NHS England. | |||||||
