First off, I wasn't made aware of the appointment by letter at all and only knew about it when I inquired by telephone making an appointment for a separate reason. The surgery does not allow prams and these had to be left at your own risk outside (with notices there had been thefts) yet this wasn't mentioned to me beforehand. The practice nurse saw me promptly at the allotted time but was very critical of me and the way I held my son. This was already a fraught situation as my partner was with me at previous injections (in Waterlooville which was a much nicer experience on the whole) without having blame heaped on me for making the pain worse for my son. Obviously he cried in distress and I comforted him at which point the other nurse butted in with a brisk "OK its finished now, all done" - they need training on bedside manner especially when dealing with young children and nervous 1st time parents.

I rang for appoinemnt for full on two days i didnt get one until i have lost my paitent the receptionist is asking me what emergency it is like i would share my personal problem with some random receptionists that I don't even know she made me feel so uncomfortbale however i didnt get appointment the day i wanted so i then had to go through the whole process again next day at 8am. As someone starts work at 6.45 am this is a tad difficult! Hopeless. This has happens pretty much all the time I've rang for appointments if someone is I'll ther would like to be seen the same day not after a week always saying there are fully booked up there really need to improve there service and give appointments easily because there are the reason people get seriously ill and worse!!!!!
