I have been with this surgery for over 50 years (since chilhood) in the last 10 years all the wonderful caring Dr's have left/been pushed out. Dr Orde-Hume was very good , but unable to see or speak with her now. I have type 2 diabetes and have not been given a diabetic check in over a year (diabetic uk advise at least a 6month check up, but have never been able to get this no need I am told by the surgery). my recent nhs diabetic eye test revealed some problem Dr's sent a copy still not heard from them. I also have a very rare condition called Dercums Syndrome/disease and I am in incredible pain at the moment (last 2 years has got much worse) with the lumps pressing on my spine. Paid privately for a MRI scan results just sent to Dr. Tried to see Dr OrdeHume who knows about my condition but continually fobbed of by very rude receptionist who, when I tried to explain my need for an appointment to discuss with the Dr the need for removal of lumps (which I have had done on others in the past organised by Dr ordhume with Care RSH) , she told me she would hang up and report me for being rude!! I have never been rude to anyone in my lif, in fact she continully cut me off as I tried to explain, giving a dismissive laugh. Did another econsult said to ring surgery. Tried again receptionist said a Dr would get back to me the next day. Waited by phone all the next day. Following day after, while in the bathroom, message left by locum Dr to say looked at mri scan and no cancerous tumors! What..... I wanted to speak to someone about the dercum lump removals near my spine that would show up on my scan, I am in worse pain can hardly walk without severe pain I am constantly on paracetemol and ibuprofen and cocodemal, would just like my life back. I have sent another email, again, asking for an appointment again describing my illness to medically unqualified receptionists again told to do econsult. I am now looking for another surgery My 3 sons left, a while ago as had such dreadful experiences, well non existent help. Everyone of my famiy, andmy neice who is a dr in london have all advised me to leave surgery. But I thought as Dr ordhume has knowledge of my rare condition would be easier to stay at this surgery - but not anymore I cry often due to the pain. I am astounded by their lack of care, their failure to review patients results from other medical practitioners sent to them. Not even been offered flu jabs this year for myself and husband. I have never left a review for anything before. Please NHS look into this surgery I am sure there are others suffering needlessly. I would like a NO star category if it was possible. D

The surgery has never got appointments, I have been trying to get treatment for a skin condition for months and I get directed to e consultation who prescribe medication without any 'consultation' which isn't even treating the condition. Today spoke to the receptionist Olivia, who was not helpful at all. Overall this surgery does not treat their patients right, any person contacting the surgery is in a vulnerable situation where they need medical treatment and staff are never considerate of this.

I have been calling for weeks now and the receptionist always tell me to go online the doctor will call me if I book online which I didn't see anything or any appointment on line and I have been having pains all over my body and my legs can't stand for long and trying to get and appointment it's really hard. Am just afraid of myself when am having this pain and I couldn't see the doctor for proper medication what a pity ??
