I had a call from my doctor the other day and was unable to understand most of what he said. His spoken English was so poor that the entire conversation was a complete waste of time. I provided this info in his feedback he requested me to complete. There are so many other issues with this surgery but I will leave those to my written complaint I am currently drafting. Suffice to say, I am investigating a different surgery to join, as I no longer trust the competency of those working at this practice.

Never able to get an appointment. They want to do everything via phone consultation. Still waiting for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy after 2 days. Worst surgery in Southampton.

I have been prescribed the wrong drugs twice in four months. You can never see a dr. in fact I've not seen a DR in three years. the receptionists arnt helpful. My partner is named on my account as the one to talk to, but for some reason theyve lost his details. Theyve lost emails from private DRs not once but twice!! Which make them look utterly incompetent! Ive had DRs ring me and then argue over what medication i should be taking. Ive been to see a private DR one who specilises in what I need to take. I've also done a hell of a lot of research. In the end I'm haveing to do the jobs of the DRs. its appalling! I am putting a written complaint in everywhere I can. This DRs surgery should be avoided at all costsw if you can. Do not use!!
