I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The reception staff are always pleasant and helpful and the doctors are excellent. I am always able to make an appointment and if it is urgent more often than not I am able to see someone on the day. Covid has caused problems in all departments of the NHS and staff everywhere are doing there best to keep up with demand we just have to be patient and a bit more tolerant. | |||||||

Received an email from this surgery to arrange an appointment for a booster vaccine...I promptly emailed back to arrange an appointment however got an email back to say I would have to call to make the appointment. It's now been 2 days and I'm not able to get through to anyone as they're not answering the phone waiting up to 10-15 mins and then the line goes dead!! I've even sent emails to ask whats happening but haven't received anything back as yet. Absolutely appalling service....staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves with no concern for the patients!! | |||||||
