Face to face the staff are great and I have no complaints: the medical support is really good. Doctors are thoughtful, nurses are efficient, reception staff are empathetic. No problems there. Someone should have a look at their website, however: it is creakingly slow, refuses to load no matter what browser I use, and would save them time if patients could do things online rather than having to phone up. I'm sure the surgery will reply that they have X numbers of patients using the website, but all I can say is that when I try to use it, it just doesn't load. I've tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. It's frustrating to be told that you should use the website, only to be let down by the technology. It's a 21st century problem. | |||||||
