Awful. Used to be good but quality of care has consistently gone downhill in the last two years. Complaints made and not followed up on, drs literally googling things in front of me in the consultation, reluctance to then refer on when they don’t have the answer, incorrect information recorded on letters and referral notes. Dr Begg is great and I have had good experiences with Dr Jay but they do not make up for the incompetence of the rest of the staff. If you value yours or your families health I’d suggest registering elsewhere, we will be changing clinics as soon as possible.

No appointments available, do cancel appointments without explanations and they are always late. Did have a lot of problems accessing to personal data. Avoid at all costs
