I have had an extended period of mental ill health have been extremely well supported by the GP I see regularly at the practice. The GP has gone out of their way to make themselves accessible, to listen, to work with me to maintain my health and to ensure I retain as much independence as possible. I feel that I have been cared for as an individual, that I am seen beyond my diagnosis, have been treated with respect and genuine care. It’s a relief to build a good professional/patient alliance with a GP and is actually empowering. Thank you.

I have been seen by my GP at the surgery for a number of years now. I went to the surgery on 15th. September and I would like just to mentioned how good and professional the doctor was with diagnosis and advice. The doctor was kind and generous with the time allocated to ensure I was well cared for.

My husband and I visit the surgery often and never have to wait for an appointment. The reception staff are all extremely helpful and the doctors are patient and keep us informed. When I had problems sorting out a hospital appointment the secretary could not have been kinder. The nurses are always willing to see us if we have a problem. We are extremely pleased with the service we get from all the staff at this practice.
