Sorry to say , but they are incompetent . Its no first time , that l have problems with them, but enough. They hold my MRI scan almost for 2 months, saying that they have not any results. Today I had hospital appointment , and doctor print off me copy of letter. Of course they had. Dont trust them, and be careful.

Since the surgery changed their appointment booking time from calling at 8.45am to 8am i can never get an appointment. I Call up at 8am and the phone is not answered untill 8.25am (guessing others are as desperate as me) which obviously by then all the appointments are then taken. This has become a real issue now that you can book in advance via the my gp app, which even that is useless! So for example i have called the surgery everyday since last week at 8am, no appointments! I have used the my gp app again and today finally managed to book an 8am appointment which covered a whole 2week peeriod. The appointmemt is in 4 days time (which i wont be able to attend as i need to get my children to school) i just booked it incase i can find someone else to take them. Trying to get a female dr appointment is like gold dust aswell. This surgery is really going downhill, it used to be reliable, it is clearly not coping with the new opening times, and demands from the my GPapp and this is since a doctor left and returned 1 day a week. This service is supposed to take the pressure of A&E but when u cannot get an appointmemt its likely to increase the pressure on A&E as untreated issues get worse eg infections turn to sepsis.
