Never go there thinking they going to investigate what you have because the only thing they do is give pain killer, or antibiotics or if you still insists to get investigated further so to cancer department. They are clearly interested in stress the patient and cause the disease. They don’t listen to patient or offer investigate or listen to patient concerns. Very mistreated and passive aggressive attitudes from reception to doctors and director. |

They lake to conclude on cancer or give pain killers or antibiotics. Actually everything concludes or in cancer or pain killer or antibiotics for them. No any other treatment offered or listen the patient concerns. Never investigate further more then to end at the below conclusions. |

Avoid this practice if you can, never get to follow through anything with doctors, I have recently had tests, all requested by phone, no face to face, I had a scan and two days later received a message to call to make an appointment for results as something has flagged up, I cannot get an appointment to speak to a doctor for two weeks, the receptionist are so unhelpful and need retraining although they do seem to have employed some new younger staff that seem a lot more enthusiastic and helpful |
