Unable to manage repeat prescription for dose pack with only two long term medications. Pharmacist had never ending problems getting any response from the practice. Bar one an assortment of incompetent unpleasant reception staff.

Only in the Public Sector and the NHS could such a place exist and operate as such. A schedule unknown two months in advance. What staff will be turning up, what locums... ‘Turn up in the morning and see what is available’… An at best aloof condescending doctor. Have the displeasure of encountering the same unpleasant, surly, perfunctory, imperious person on reception. Note to self: find a new Practice to consult.
