Ihave waited 4 weeks for appointment with specific dr who seems to understand my complex issues ,now out of the blue morning of appointment unforeseen circumstances prevent me from talking to a gp i have recently been put on more pills that are not working ,but who do i talk to my mental health is really suffering now this was the straw that broke the camels back .Iam now going to just stop taking the pills as have run out and needed to talk to a dr you can send me stupid messages to drink water when it is hot , but want to see a gp that knows your complex condition no , 4 weeks waiting for nothing thank you for letting me down yet again OH BY THE WAY WHERE DOES THE MONEY COME FROM FOR SENDING OUT STUPID TEXT MESSAGES ABOUT WATER , IF PEOPLE DONT KNOW THEY NEED TO HYDRATE THEN MAYHAPS SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST

I’m having issues with my mental health and this practice is making it worse because they never keep to their words especially a doctor that left and now became a part time at the surgery,this is not good as I already have a trust issue with people generally and they are aware of this.the doctor that I’m concerned with has in my face claimed to book an appointment for me each time for two weeks but he is never there nor did he book it,recently he saw me and increased my medication but did not see it fit to put it on my official file .

When I called the health center, at which I am a patient, I have either not been able to get through, or not received a call back in the last few weeks. Before that, when I was able to get through I was given incorrect information by staff (not doctors, but other staff). In fact, due to the false information I was given I must have wasted a day's worth of calling health services that can't actually be reached by patients (only by GPs, hence the advice by admin staff was wrong).
