Some of the Drs are ok but two of the female doctors one is the senior partner are seriously lacking in empathy if you want any don’t bother here. Better of asking a stranger on the street you never know you might be lucky. If you want off hand impatient then this will suit. | |||||||

Heathbridge has made several mistakes when I've visited over the past 6 months (offering me the wrong prescription in one instance, and booking me in for an incorrect treatment on another instance). This has really upset me, as well as causing confusion. They also have not adequately apologised for their mistakes or the upset that they have caused me. I would not recommend this GP surgery, and I will be looking to move to another more responsible and effective local surgery as soon as I can. | |||||||

We switched to Heathbridge from another, larger Putney practice and how pleased am I that we did. Heathbridge had been recommended by a number of friends, in particular for its friendly, caring team and its positive, incredibly responsive approach towards children. We have received nothing but the best care for our two children; appointments are often available for them on the same day as phoning and each and every doctor we have seen has gone above and beyond. Our son, in particular, has had a range of medical needs (allergies, lumps, high fevers...etc) and we have always felt he has been in the best hands; we have even received follow up calls on a couple of occasions. All in all, I cannot fault the team here! Well done Heathbridge; as with all NHS practices you must be under alot of pressure but you never cease to amaze. Thank you/ | |||||||
