From just having joined the practice a couple of weeks ago I’ve managed to book in for a smear, check up and GP a app all within the same few days. The nurse was particularly helpful!

i have been a patient of this practice for ten years now however this week i needed a repeat prescription and was unable to travel from Roehampton to the surgery to write up a request or visit local pharmacy due to ill health. No help whatsoever from the receptionist who spoke with a local pharmacist. The local pharmacist was shocked at the attitude of the receptionist from Earlsfield practice. I didn’t speak with the girl myself and don’t know who she is. Dumlers are great but they do not deliver to SW15. Just now phoned the surgery to ask for prescription and got another girl on the phone with a patronising attitude. Finally they will fax to local place. Why not yesterday?
