Doctors are great but one receptionist extremely rude. She is the one that makes the appointments and certainly has no manners in dealing with patients. | |||||||

For the last 35 years I have been registered with Wimbledon Medical Practice (formerly Princes Road). The care and attention I have received (and there’s been a lot of it!) has consistently been excellent. The doctors, nurses and reception staff have always gone the extra mile. Have been registered with this practise for over a year and the service was much better when it was at princes road. There seem to be mainly locums now at Wimbledon medical practise and the appointments feel rushed and not as caring. I've rarely seen the same doctor twice, which is a shame. As usual the admin side of things lets things down and it's very hard to get through on the phone. The online booking service is a much safer bet than getting through on the phone. Reception staff are ok, not rude, but not friendly either. | |||||||
