I have tried phoning this practice on behalf of a relative three times today. Each time I have called, I have been "in a queue" for an hour and then been cut off after a message saying there's high call volume. I do not believe this to be true as on first connecting, the recorded message tells me I'm 3rd in line.... an hour to answer 3 calls? Nah, don't think so.. it's just there to ameliorate you
As a result of not getting through to actually receive a service, I can only state that I've never received a good service |
