The last few years ,My GP left I had another inflicted upon me.he has no bedside manner or on my rare ( maybe 3 times in about 6 yrs) visits any interest in what I had to say.After my first encounter I actually hoped I would get a different GP on the odd occasion I rang.It also filters down the reception staff ( apart from June) are borderline aggressive and couldn't give a toss,let alone call you back when they say they will.Overall really pray I don't have to go there. |

Phoned first thing and a doctor phoned back very soon afterwards. Booked me in for a blood, ecg and x ray within a two hour window. All very reassuring and excellent systems in place. Well done everyone. |

Have just moved to Hampshire so had to leave this surgery after 35 years. In all those years I have never had an issue . My GP in recent years has been Dr Parson and I had full confidence in her. She offers clear explanations and advice on medical issues and has referred me when necessary . Family members have also had excellent experiences with Dr Storey. Special thanks to June on reception who is always friendly, professional and helpful. A true asset to the Practice |
