Dear Madam / Sirs. Please accept my Heartfelt Thanks at your Magnanimous Act of Putting Up a "Disabled People Parking" at the site of Red Lion Road Clinic. I was one of the Petitioners for this Disabled People Parking but on visiting the Red Lion Clinic the other day I found that all the Spaces were occupied and my wife had to park about Half a Bus Stop away! I would be Grateful if you will kindly add on the Disabled People Parking Board the Red Lion Clinic Site's "Patients' Visiting Hours" to help the "Disabled Patients" attending the Red Lion Road Clinic's Disabled Clinic. I have been visiting this Surgery for the past 26 years or so. During this time, I have had good medical service and advice and care from all of the doctors I have seen. Of recent, I have been looked after by one particular doctor and as both of us have an interest in cricket, we also have a quick chat about the game whilst he checks my health which actually relaxes me. I also find find the reception staff to be pleasant and welcoming. Recently I.e. on the morning of the 2nd July, I went to the Surgery in the morning. I didn’t have an appointment. The whole night I had been suffering from a chest pain which I thought was bad indigestion. Anyway, I asked the receptionist for an appointment but when she realised why I wanted the appointment, she actually gave me some very valuable advice. She advised me that as it is chest pain, it would be better for me to immediately go to A&E at Kingston Hospital rather than wait to see the doctor. This, indeed, proved to be very good advice as it transpired from the ECG at Kingston Hospital that I was actually having a heart attack. Immediate medical attention was given and I am now on the road to recovery. I am grateful to the receptionist for the right advice at the right time and to the Surgery for the after care. | |||||||
