Fantastic doctors, literally sort out everything I need effortlessly. Actually seems pretty easy to get an appointment when urgent and much easier to talk to a staff member without large wait times when I call. Highly reccomended

I called to book an appointment for my son as he turned one and is due for his vaccines and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me that we’ve got strict instructions that only the father can make decisions regarding the child. When I asked for the reason why that’s the case she wouldn’t even tell me and just kept repeating we’ve got instructions ... I even said that I am the mother of the child but she didn’t listen and spoke very rudely. Just because I can’t speak proper English and someone was speaking on behalf of me doesn’t give them the right to be rude.
