I have over the past two years had to visit this surgery over 40 times for assistance. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I have always managed to be seen by my preferred doctor, to save having to recap every time. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the Doctors or Nursing staff should you need help. I found the reception staff to be quite helpful in arranging future appointments. The online repeat prescription service is very efficient and time saving. Collectively an efficient and well staffed knowledgeable practice that I have no hesitation in recommending , you will wait sometimes but they advise who and how long the delay is. | |||||||

I had an appointment with a particular doctor this morning. I have got a lamp/yellow patch on my eye apple, so my sight went worse, but this doctor suggested
visit a private clinic, as (by her opinion) I am fine, she doesn’t see any problems which need urgent treatment. Also, I have got a problem with vitiligo/ ?, but she said that I don’t need any tests (I have been to Chelsea and Westminster hospital with the same problem, I didn’t inform about, because double opinion needed, so they were very concerned about my problem).
It was my second visit to this doctor, but there was no chance to ask questions (like now again, I been suggested to do “one problem a time”). This time again, she was not happy to discuss anything, just finish on time, in spite of just two people in the waiting area. Well, I left disappointed.
I will never will visit this doctor again! | |||||||
