I’m pregnant This is my second pregnancy so I did same as my previous pregnancy call the Gp to book appointment to confirm my pregnancy and get some information when I called the receptionist Said she can’t book appointment I have to do by myself go online on health service and book my referral I was really surprised in case after few days I book appointment with Gp they’ didn’t ask for why when I met with the doctor he was so ignorant he didn’t want to do anything he didn’t even check my urine to confirm pregnancy and give me some information he said it’s not his a job he didn’t do Anything he said book your midwife appointment and he sent me home I’m so stress in my pregnancy I don’t know what to do anywhere I call they ignore me I got recently letter from health service they book my first midwife appointment at 20of August after2months I’m already 8weeks pregnant .i had difficult previous pregnancy with highblood pressure and diabetes. i call them why that far is my appointment the guy on phone he couldn’t give any answer he said must be mistake he said someone will call me back to discuss until now nobody called me .tell me what I can do if my Gp is ignorant and it’s not there job to release an pregnant women stress.and croydon health service is ignorant too .very disappointed .im 8weeks pregnant And I don’t know To who and where I can call for my appointments?!very bad nhs service

In 9 months since moving to Croydon, I could NEVER book an appointment, either because they are busy for the next 30 days, or because their system is down so they cannot put my name down on the agenda. I have been there several times to request medication and one time for a permission form, and staff has not once been polite, always criticizing me for going there and asking in person, which I had to do since I could never reach them by phone. The list goes on. I cannot be seen in the walk-in centre - which is a 40 minute walk away - because they say my issues need to be seen by my own GP. This practice should change their management strategy and consider hiring more doctors, because it is clear that there aren't enough at the moment. Thank you.
