I am on anti epileptic medication requiring a specific brand which I have been on for years. suddenly they've decided to change the brand I'm on without informing me of this and am giving me the run around with trying to fix this back to normal as well as answering why this occurred in the first place. I've only got a weeks supply left now even though I placed the order a while ago and they're telling me to hold on for a few more days and use a different version which gives me symptoms. During the whole of this the receptionists have been very unempathetic acting as if not taking anti epileptics isn't a big deal and refused to answer questions when they have all the information written on their screen which they've recited out but haven't said it in lay terms for me to actually understand. After i sort this out I am leaving this GP for good. |

I phoned the surgery and was given an appointment on the day. I had a virus and was given medication to help my symptoms. Sick and helpful service. |
