I have many tines told Dr Chan that the reception people are not polite and helpful.Today I was on the the for 35min to talk to the receptionist for my sons sickness.She just told me there is no appointment avaible and is urgent ring 111.I requested that he is unwell pl arrange a doctors call but she refused.She was not helpful in any manner.Dr Chan is very nice person but he needs to fill these holes. I spent a total of 3hrs yesterday trying to get through on the telephone, I am trying again today a still being tortured by the music on hold. They have only 1 receptionist answering the calls as it taken them 5-10 mins to deal with 1 person so it takes over an hour to get answered. I have spoken to one of the drs who is a partner, although he is sympathetic to you but does not put his words into action. The surgery is going down the pan, no wonder patients loose their rag with the reception |
