Dr Dharia was able to attend to my concerns with great diligence and empathy. I could not have asked for any doctor to do more. Her excellent professionalism has begun to rehabilitate my faith in the GP practice surgery here. Long may she continue to work here. She is the only reason I have not moved away to register elsewhere.

I turned up to the appointment on time and waited well over an hour to be seen .. Every time it’s the same In addition, it seems the team doesn’t communicate and to sort anything out takes months ..It takes 30 min to get anytime on the phone and all they say is that they leave a note for someone else to do the referral correctly for example .. The referral was made to the wrong hospital and was marked urgent - for the patient with the cancer - waiting time 4 months I’ve never had such a bad experience and that’s my 5 th GP practice in London

I suffer from tendinitis in my left arm. My sick note expired on 4th Match 2021. On the same day I had a phone appointment with a doctor from another clinic. Apparently there was no doctor at my surgery, so my case was referred to a doctor at another clinic. I requested for an extended sick note which the doctor agreed to process. When I called the surgery the next day I was told that there was no recommendation for a sick note in the doctor's notes. I had another phone appointment with another doctor on Friday 05/032021. The doctor told me that my sick note would be ready Monday evening on 08/03/2021 or Tuesday morning 09/03/2021. When I called on Monday the receptionist acknowledged that the request for a sick note had been noted down by the doctor but that I should wait for a phone text informing me when to collect it. When no phone text came, I called again on the afternoon of Tuesday 09/03/2021 and the receptionist told me there was no sick note request recorded on my file. She offered to make a request for me and said it would be ready for collection on Thursday or Friday. Why is it so difficult to get a sick note at this surgery, and why is there contradictory feedback regarding information on the patient's file? And why is it so difficult to get a phone appointment with a doctor when you call early in the morning at the allotted time for emergency appointments?
