On the 18th of AugustI received a letter from the practice telling me I required my annual review phoned to get an appointment only to be told there were none available as was a neighbour of mine I then phoned again 3 weeks later only to be told the same thing and I was on a list to be called as an when now today 24th September I have received another copy of the same letter asking me to contact them for an appointment. They couldn't organise the famous P!!! up in a brewery. |

Had a letter about review for high blood pressure stroke /Tia pre_diabetes. Haven't had a review for years from them although on many pills The whole experience was terribly unprofessional the nurse couldn't even be bothered to take my blood pressure which they always had done and it was most probably very high. Letter said bring a urine sample but she didn't want to take because it wasn't on her screen , but in the end very very reluctantly took it. The attitude and the lack of caring made me feel like it was a waste of time.i hate going to the doctor's but my wife made me as I often work on very high scaffolding. So she thought best to keep a check of things..with the hard manual work I do. Nurse did take blood sample . Not care attitude |

Went to Bognor hospital where I was seen within the hour as I have a incurable illness and have to be on top of what may be minor things to check im not getting worse. Will be requesting all my medical records and will go elsewhere. As trying to see anyone here make mission impossible look like a fairytale and the reception staff need an attitude readjustment course, phone system need adjustment maybe more lines, and treat people with respect, asking personal questions in front of everyone is not OK !! And we have the right not to discuss with counter staff !! |
