I recently received fantastic care from Harbour view. I had a back injury and was unable to move without excruciating pain. The receptionist was polite and sympathetic. A gp called within 30 minutes. She was so kind, listening to my concerns about my pain. She explained what she felt was going on and arranged a prescription for some medication. Apart from the fact that the medication was exactly the right thing I wanted to express my gratitude to the practice for their timely, kind and professional intervention. | |||||||

I have been asked to forward the following praise to the surgery, by 3 patients at the surgery. The people concerned do not have computers. They all all wished to thank the phlebotomist who helped them with their blood tests, and made them all feel comfortable, with her friendly and helpful care. I am on the PPG at the surgery, hence my involvement. | |||||||
