Trying to get an appointment at this practice is a total joke. I have been at this practice for 31 years and am sorry to say the service in the last 10 years has steadily declined to a point now we're you can't even make a GP appointment .phone lines never answer and when you go in to the practice in person to make an appointment you are simply told no and to ring in at 8 am the next morning. I have tried for 4 days before I got an answer and was then told none available when I got through at 9.30 am total joke this place needs sorting out . people are suffering because of there bad service

Poor communication by receptionist staff very rude! Being spoken to like a naughty child although I myself also work in the health and social therefore I knew what I was talking about.
