I have been to several GP surgeries and have been very disappointed with them up until i came to Ashley Medical Practise Walton on Thames.
I have now been four times to the same doctor.
He has been very helpful and thorough with regarding my health problems.
The reception desk have also been marvellous in the way that they have treated me.
I would like to say a big thank you for all that i have met at this surgery & especially my Doctor.

If I could give this surgery no stars I would they wonder why people land up in emergency been trying to get an appointment since July! Even standing in reception the office manager doesn’t feel it necessary to assist me!!! And I can’t even get released to see a different surgery why take patients if you have no intention of seeing them! | |||||||

Tried to get an appointment for the first time in over three years without success. I phoned this morning at the correct time, got through and was cut off! This happened three times! On my fourth time I got through I managed to speak to someone who told me to phone I the afternoon and they would look out for my call! I did this and had a similar experience. Got through three times and was cut off each time! What do you have to do to get an appointment! Die! | |||||||
