Excellent service when you really need it . They will offer if its required a call back service so they can get an idea if they need to see you ASAP. I have always reserved trips to the doctors for serious issues and they respect this , this is reciprocated in the fact that they will always try to find a way to squeeze me in at short notice( same day or next morning) if required as they know it wont be something silly . It can be difficult to get hold of them when they first open in the morning but that's just the volume of calls they deal with , phoning mid day always gets through first time. Treatment from them is excellent and i am always given options how issues can be dealt with. A number issues have have been dealt with courtesy and dignity, also as they are our family doctor more importantly total confidentiality . Over all very very happy with the service.
