Today may 19 2021 I had a bad experience in Tadworth medical centre ... early this morning I book an appointment for my self as my right ear is not right , the inside of my ear is very itchy and when I tried to clean it with a ear bud it feels a bit sore inside and kind of painful.... the reply of the surgery is that they have assigned me an appointment for next Friday ( today is Wednesday) , a consultation over the phone , when clearly no Dr can see over the phone the interior of my ear , at 19:30 pm .... .... the worst part is that no one answer the phone or there is any way to complain about this situation .... ... it says that I can complain to the manager administrator of the practice who is the same people at the reception who assign the appointments and deal with administrative issues .... meaning the same people who had the brilliant idea of giving me a Telephone consultation to “ see “ the inside of my ear .... .... I would like to know how I can complain above that manager ... |

If you can get a appointment you will find the doctors and the nurses at Tadworth medical centre are friendly and professional, unfortunately getting a appointment is not easy as there seems to be to many patients and not enough doctors, if you need to have a blood or urine test you are told to phone for the results a few days later, if something shows up as not ok as mine were,the receptionist would not tell me what was wrong not even if it was something nothing to worry about I was told the doctor would phone me between 12-2 o’clock 2 days after phoning them for my results, If the time the receptionist gives you for the doctor to phone is inconvenient to you because of work or other commitments you will be told that’s the time the doctor makes the calls forcing you to make a discussion weather to wait more time for the results and worry even longer amount of time why the doctor wants to talk to you, if you have to wait a long time for the call and want to know what is wrong with the blood/urine results before you speak to a doctor you can ask the receptionist to print a copy of the test results of what they have on their computer. |
