I have pleaded with several doctors about the pain I am in for months and months now and various stress related issues like severe itching for months and months , tongue biting at night , and nothing gets done you just get palmed off . I have complained by letter and they don’t reply , I have had to seek private consultations which I cannot afford , I have requested referral letters In order to have an mri scan but they don’t deem it serious and so it gets ignored . I have broken down in tears trying to get help , I have shown every emotion in front of the gps and still I cannot get any respite for my disabling conditions , it is horrendous and they wonder why some people are driven to taken their own lives ! Keep dishing out painkillers will only give me stomach ulcers , there has to be a reason for my conditions . I do not want anti depressants I want curing .

It is the worst GP I have been enrolled with. I am awaiting 30 days for a report and nobody can give an estimation time for the report to be collected. At the beginning of my request they said me 30 days. It has passed 30 days and nobody can do anything. I have done a formal complaint the practice manager Mrs T....r, however, she didn't not answer it. It is very unprofessional and unpleasant this situation. I have been there in personal and nobody can tell or do anything or even come to speakwoth you. How a NHS practice can have this type of approach and service? It is a facility that deals with people and health.
